Raizes, founded in 2022, aims to empower communities to reduce disparities in health, environmental quality, and opportunities. We achieve this through door-to-door canvassing, event outreach, and awareness campaigns. As a local nonprofit 501c3 organization, Raizes addresses community needs and strives to improve the lives of the underserved and vulnerable populations through programs, resources, and advocacy.
