Raizes is a local nonprofit 501c3 established to identify inequities, address community needs, and enhance community life.
We are committed to improving the lives of underserved and vulnerable populations through programs, services, resources, and advocacy. Together, we will raise awareness, knowledge, attitude, practice, behavior, and participation. We aim to empower communities, eliminate health disparities and environmental inequity, increase access to equitable education and training, create job opportunities, and foster an understanding and appreciation of differences.
To fulfill the organization’s mission, achieve its goals, and provide services in our community, we rely on the generosity of individuals and businesses for support. Without these contributions, serving those in our area would not be possible.
